• DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, HUS, XXX If you need a different format, just holler — we’ll do our best to make it work.

Heck yes! Many of our designs are made specifically for 3D puff — with bold lines, clean shapes, and minimal stitch overlap. Perfect for puffing up caps, jackets, and anything else that needs volume.

We’ll note “3D Puff Friendly” in each product description.

Yes, you can! 🙌 You're welcome to use our designs on physical products you sell, like hats, hoodies, patches, etc. No need for a separate commercial license.

What you can’t do:

• Resell, share, or distribute the digital files themselves

• Claim the designs as your own work

• Upload them to POD (Print-on-Demand) sites

Since all products are digital downloads, we unfortunately can’t offer refunds once the files have been delivered. But if you have any issues — missing files, format problems, etc. — just reach out and we’ll fix it fast.

Yes! Our designs are created with both pros and hobbyists in mind. If you’re just getting started, choose designs labeled “Beginner Friendly” — they’ll have fewer color changes and simpler stitch paths.

Almost! 3D puff works best on sturdy fabrics like caps, canvas, denim, and structured hoodies. Avoid lightweight or stretchy fabrics (unless chaos is your thing — no judgment 😅).

We include notes in each design description with puff tips.
